Piening stands for excellent service in all areas of human resources management. We are a family business now in the second generation and with over thirty years of experience we are among the top 20 employment agencies in Germany. 

 

In our 50 regional branch offices the local experts will find individual solutions for your personnel requirements in a professional and timely manner. Our services include temporary employment, human resources services, outsourcing and outplacement, to give our customers more flexibility, improved planning security and increased productivity.

 

Our employees are our capital. More than 5,500 employees with a wide range of professional qualifications make up our team. We carry out regular employee surveys to ensure that we continue to operate efficiently.

 

We have already conducted such a survey twice, in 2007 and 2010, each in cooperation with the University of St. Gallen. On both occasions we received the award TOP JOB, making us one of the best employers among German Mittelstand companies.

 

Quality at all levels is vital for us. Since 1997 we have been certified according to ISO standard by TÜV Nord and constantly optimise our work flow. Furthermore we are members of the employers' association iGZ e.V. (Association of German Temporary Work Agencies) and apply the collective agreement agreed between iGZ and the Federation of German Trade Unions. This enables us to offer our staff a fair and balanced employment contract.
