Piening is one of Germany's largest recruitment agencies, and one of just a few that are family owned and operated.
As a family-owned business, stability is important to us. Holger Piening is the second generation of the family to lead the company, and stands for a corporate philosophy that centres employees, just as his parents did. Satisfied employees are our capital. Fair payment is important in ensuring that satisfaction. Because this was not always the case in temporary work, Piening has been engaged to improve working conditions and fair wages in temporary work for many years.
Over 20 years ago, Holger Piening, Managing Partner of Piening Personal, took over leadership of the negotiations for the first collective agreement on temporary work (iGZ collective agreement), and has achieved major successes for all employees involved in employee leasing since that time. Today, unskilled workers earn at least 13 euros per hour, and specialists earn significantly more. In addition, temporary workers benefit from industry bonuses, equal pay, and mandatory hiring offers after completing their university studies.
Obligations to the collective agreement are almost 100 percent, and significantly higher than in any other industry.

Whistleblower process
